A miniature figurine of a dark haired woman stands on a mountain made of a blue book, spine side up. Additional colorful book mountains surround her. In the background is a blue sky with clouds made of cotton balls.

It’s been eight months since I last posted on here, and for good reason. I’ve been focusing on an exciting new project – my upcoming book!

There are a lot of books out there for caregivers of disabled, medically complex, and/or neurodivergent children. What isn’t out there, however, is a book about how friends can support those caregivers … UNTIL NOW!

In Show Up and Bring Coffee, I examine nine ways to help a loved one after their child receives a diagnosis. I use examples from my own life, reflecting on the friends and family who have been my support system over the past six years. And, because it’s me, you know there will be a whole lotta pop cultural references mixed in, as well!

In the coming weeks, I will be sharing more about my book, including details on preordering your copy! There will be behind-the-scenes glimpses into the publishing process, exciting giveaways, and maybe even a sneak preview or two. The best way to stay on top of developments is to sign up for my newsletter HERE.

I can’t wait to release this labor of love into the world soon. Thanks in advance for all your support!
